With a fresh cup of morning coffee poured, I opened the living room blinds to let in some sunshine and enjoy a desert view…and, a 90-foot tall metallic sphere?
You’ve been lost in the desert for several days. Now, out of energy, you’re crawling through the blistering hot sand, wishing for any sign of relief, any sign of help to be rescued from such misery. If only you’d remembered to bring along your canteen! Then, suddenly, you spot a 1/2-full glass of water with your name all over it. Reaching out for a drink to quench your thirst, you realize it’s only a mirage…d’oh. Satisfy your hunger for cool merchandise featuring my design by visiting these shops:
In this unusual desert scene, elephants walk in a single file line on a quest for water, with transparent flatscreen monitors rotating within one another. To create this design, I used Bryce, Adobe Photoshop and Filter Forge software. Guests can visit my shops at Society 6, Redbubble, Fine Art America and Cafepress to discover some cool products. Hope to see you soon…
Saying Goodbye To A Ghost
Simple themes on a canvas –
on the wind, a transient cloth
Like a dream or ghost in my heart.
A weight of emotional scale –
From equilibrium, light rises to dissipate
An apparition of appreciable bearing.
In likeness absent chamber –
A transcendent mirage, untimely and apart
Goodbye my beautiful little ghost.

It may be near 100-degrees and you’ve been walking around downtown for several hours. You’re exhausted and need a place to rest, but there’s no shade in sight. That’s okay, you’ll survive. Keep moving, and –
Please Do Not Get In The Water!
Textural, digital artwork featuring light rays on a city skyline appearing to bend in an optical phenomenon referred to as a mirage. I’ve added this image to my galleries at Fine Art America and Society 6, today. Guests are welcome to visit and discover a variety of interesting items available. Hope to see you soon!
If the hour is late and glass bottles appear to be bending behind the bar, it’s probably not a mirage caused by the relentless heat from a southwestern sun. As a decorative artwork for your home or place of work, this colorful graphic design would make a terrific addition on any wall! Many different print types are available at Pixels, as well as other items at Society 6 and Redbubble. Enjoy!
